Notes with concern the rapidly rising levels of multi-drug-resistant fungi; stresses that the use of triazoles in, inter alia, fungicides, biocides and cosmetics leads to avoidable deaths of patients suffering from fungal infections; reiterates its call of 13 September 2018¹ for an urgent review of the use of fungicides in the agricultural and industrial sectors; calls for measures to rapidly reduce the use of and exposure to the most harmful triazoles;
