6 a. Reiterates its calls^1a, ^1b to the Agency to step up its efforts to reduce the reliance on animal testing methods, deeply regrets the lack of action following its calls, urges the Agency again to undertake significant additional efforts to protect animal welfare and promote and facilitate the use of non-animal testing methods;
