(new) whereas the trade agreement between the EU and Mercosur will incentivize imports to the EU of food and animal feed containing, consisting of or produced from genetically modified organisms, whereas Brazil and Argentina are among world’s top GMO producers and pesticides users, including GMOs and pesticides banned in the EU for health or environmental reasons ;
