5 a. Condemns the lack of transparency and public participation, and the obscurantism that surrounds the negotiations of the TTIP; supports the request of the European Ombudsman that the documents agreed on in the negotiations are published as soon as they are written; and calls the European Commission to reconsider its decission of blocking and recjecting the European Citizens' Initative about TTIP.
