Stresses the importance of the mobility package, considering the visa facilitation for European service and goods providers to be one of the key elements in taking full advantage of the TTIP agreement, and requests that it is extended to citizens of third countries residing in the European Union or the United States, while protecting labour rights and securing quality employment throughout the territory;
